corporate hospitality - Spring racing carnival
Once again we celebrated a successful and very enjoyable Spring Racing Carnival. The weather highlighted a wonderful setting, and the Imaje Events Marquee was once again a great place to be! Thanks to all our clients who joined us, especially as 2009 has been a difficult time for many businesses. We hope you all had a ball.  Next year Flemington is celebrating 150 years of racing, so the 2010 Spring Racing Carnival will be the biggest and best party yet! We will be putting together very attractive packages for our clients and we hope you can join us for what is sure to be a huge event!! |

| We are looking forward to another exciting season of cricket at the MCG, and we invite you to take the opportunity to sit back, relax and enjoy from the comfort of a Private Suite. With a minimum number of 10 guests, you can enjoy personal steward service, light refreshments on arrival, a buffet style lunch, afternoon tea, beer, wine and soft drinks, and not forgetting the exclusive viewing seats from behind sliding glass windows. | Each year we offer first class facilities without having to spend the "big bucks" often associated with hiring corporate suites. We can tailor a package to suit your budget and requirements. ACDC Tickets
| ACDC Tickets are available for the February 2010 "Black Ice Tour" Don't miss out! Take the once in a lifetime opportunity to enjoy this legendary band from the comfort of your own corporate suite, for either 8 or 12 guests, all inclusive of food and beverage.  Other packages available include a table for 10 guests in a themed room including a 2 course meal plus food and beverages, or a pre concert cocktail party with food and beverage, including Category "A" seating. Conference, Event and Incentive Management
| Natalie has hosted a number of functions recently including a Dow Chemical Christmas Dinner function for 200 people at ANZ Pavilion Victorian Arts Centre. ANZ Pavilion is a premier function venue in Melbourne, with floor to ceiling windows looking over the Alexandra and Queen Victoria Gardens, Federation Square and the city skyline. This unique venue can seat 300 for dinner or up to 500 for a cocktail party.  Also in November, Natalie ran a product launch for 250 people at Eureka for Panasonic's latest product, "NeoPlasma". Eureka is a unique venue located 300 metres above sea level and situated at the very top of Eureka Tower. This state of the art venue is the highest vantage point in the Southern Hemisphere.  |

| Recently Christine Garrett was fortunate to be invited to partake in a familiarisation trip to Singapore hosted by Starwood, Emirate Airlines and Pacific World. Accommodation was at the St Regis Hotel and the Sheraton Towers, both top of the range hotels. A ride on the Singapore Flyer (their equivalent of the London Eye), a night safari at the very famous Singapore Zoo, and many off site venue inspections were included.  Natalie was also recently hosted by Millennium Hotels for a tour of Queenstown. The action packed trip included luge rides at Skyline for unparalleled views of the area; Helicopter rides to Coronet Peak, a visit to "Arrowtown" and Jet boating on the Dart River.  |
Christmas trading hours
| Imaje Events will be closing over the Christmas and New Year Period, from 5pm Wednesday 23rd December and re-opening on Monday 4th January. We take this opportunity of wishing you all a happy and safe festive season.  |
